REFUNDS

Please allow 14 days from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. You will receive an email confirming your account has been credited once your refund is processed.

REQUEST THE ORDER CANCELLATION:

Once your order is confirmed, the seller is notified and has up to 4 working weeks to deliver the item to our Milan facility for authentication. If the seller fails to ship the item to us within this timeframe, your order will be automatically cancelled and you will receive a full refund.

If you wish to cancel before the item reaches our facility, you can request cancellation directly from your account order list or by contacting us. Cancellations requested after the item has been received and verified at our facility may not be accepted, as the final dispatch to you will already be in progress.
